Eric Doggett

Senior Litigation Attorney

After an extensive career managing global technology businesses and companies, Eric obtained his J.D. from Wake Forest University and focuses on civil litigation. At Wake Forest, Eric was a member of the Trial Bar, Moot Court Board, and the National and Spong Moot Court teams, and received the Order of the Barristers. Eric also has a B.Sc. in Physics for NCSU and an EMBA from Duke, but he was born, raised, and remains an avid Wolfpacker. Eric is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Georgia, and Washington, D.C., and has been admitted to the U.S. Courts in the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina, the Court of Federal Claims, the Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney.

He actively practices in both federal and state courts. His practice focuses on employment law, personal injury law, business disputes, and civil rights cases. Eric is active in the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and he is a past chair of its Employment Law section. He was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2014-2019 and to Super Lawyers for 2020-2022.
