About
Brittany A. Bryan is an associate attorney at Pittman Agner, joining in December 2025. Brittany previously practiced with Perry, Perry & Perry, Kinston, and in New Bern. She handles residential and commercial real estate matters, incompetency proceedings, adoptions, works as a parent defender in Lenoir and Greene County Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency courts, and is the attorney in Family Accountability and Recovery Court in Lenoir, Greene, and Wayne counties and in Adult Accountability and Recovery Court in Greene County. She is a licensed attorney in Alabama in addition to North Carolina.
Originally from Madison, Alabama, Brittany attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts, having double majored in Economics and Government. She attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, receiving the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Judge William Jeff Haralson Scholarship, Scholar of Merit award in Criminal Procedure II and Domestic Relations, and the Alabama State Bar Family Law Section Scholarship during her time there.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys watching Alabama football and spending time with her family and friends.
