Jonathan B. Falk, more commonly called “Jay”, is originally from Rocky Mount, NC. He received his North Carolina Bar License in March of 2013. Shortly after beginning his practice, Jay married his wife, Elizabeth Anderson Falk, a fellow attorney practicing in Kinston, NC.
While in law school Jay received extensive experience in criminal law, family law, civil litigation, federal criminal law, personal injury, and Social Security Disability. He was fortunate to work with firms both in North Carolina and Virginia. Just before the end of law school, he decided to take a job with Strickland Agner Pittman and started the practice of law with the firm in March of 2013. Jay now practices in the areas of criminal law, personal injury, traffic matters, and social security disability.
As a son of a Criminal Defense attorney, Jay had a desire at a young age to attend law school and use the practice of law as a mission and ministry opportunity. His heart has always centered on helping others within his community and even outside his home. His willingness to help others has taken him all over the globe including Addis Abba, Ethiopia, Salvador, Brazil, back to Rocky Mount, and now to those within the Goldsboro and Kinston communities. Now, Jay uses his practice to reach out to others and make a positive difference within his community.
