Eric Doggett, a native Raleighite, obtained his B.S. in Physics from NCSU and an Executive MBA from Duke University. After an extensive career in managing technology businesses and companies, Eric obtained his J.D. from Wake Forest University and focuses on civil litigation. At Wake Forest, Eric was on the Trial Bar, Moot Court Board, a member of the National and Spong Moot Court teams, and received the Order of the Barristers. Eric remains an avid Wolfpacker. Eric is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. and has been admitted to the U.S. Courts in the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney.
He actively practices in both federal and state courts. His practice focuses on employment law, personal injury, business disputes, and civil rights cases. Eric is active in the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and he currently chairs its Employment Law section. He also belongs to the National Employment Lawyers Association and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2015.
